Support services come included for at least a 6-months period when the product is purchased on the Envato Market.

For the products that are purchased directly on the Crumina website, the support period is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Should you have tasks or issues, that come beyond the theme-related functionality, you have an opportunity to order WordPress maintenance and custom development services from our bespoke WordPress website support center.

What is included in the item support services?

When we talk about themes and templates sold on the Envato Market, the Item support is included in your purchase for 6 months. However, Envato Market also offers the opportunity to extend your support period for a maximum of 1 year. 

For the products sold on the Crumina website, we offer included support of 1 year.

Services included in the item support:
  • Regular updates to ensure protection against major security concerns.
  • Updates that include new features, if they are planned by the Crumina author.
  • Updates to ensure compatibility with the third-party assets, which are declared to be compatible with the item.
  • Help with reported bugs and issues. Regular updates with improvements.
  • Answering technical questions about built-in features, functionality, and third-party assets.
  • Help with third-party assets, if they are caused by the Crumina products.
What is not included in the item support?

Here is a list of services that are not included in the item support:

  • Item installation, setup, and updates
  • Help with hosting or server related questions or issues.
  • Help with the third-party assets, if the issue was caused on the side of the third-party assets.
Do you provide custom development and WordPress maintenance services?

Yes, we do. Our team provides both custom development and maintenance services for any WordPress site, theme, or plugin, not only for those of the Crumina authorship.
